Individual Therapy with Ariana: $140

Individual Therapy with Aika: $175

Couples Therapy with Ariana: $170-$220

Couples Therapy with Aika: $195-$245

Premarital Counseling with Aika: $190

Sliding scale spots are available to clients who identify as BIPOC or belonging to a marginalized group. Please inquire us regarding sliding scale and superbill options.

Insurance:

Mindful Relationships Therapy does not take insurance. We do provide superbills for some insurance plans, which are receipts of your services that some insurance plans will reimburse you for. You can check with your insurance plan to see if they will take superbills for reimbursement.
